I purchased Lenovo Vibe K4 Note - 3 mobile from amazon india on 16th June, 2016 as mentioned in Invoice sent by the dealer. On completion of 11 months, all of sudden the mobile gets opening so many functions/apps during conversation and before the conversation a white blank screen automatically appears which doesn't disappeared till I closed this one.
When I reached the one of the service centre i.e. Janak Communication - CPT located at Shop No.5/125, Railway Road, Opposite Banke Bihari Mandir, NIT - 5, Faridabad (Contact No.0129-4020722) for repairing of the problems suddenly generated in my mobile, I have given the token no.44 when I called for the same I submit my 11 complaints paper (copy enclosed) to the service person. When my 11 complaints problem seen by service engineer he was shocked and in the same condition he opened my phone but instead of rectifying the occurred problems my opened phone was sent to the owner of service centre where in the room I have been called and told that due to slight outer dents in the body of the phone we can't entertain your mobile phone for repairing because dents are not covered in the warranty. On seeing and hear the same from service center's end I had politely requested to them that if your are sure that the problem on my phone occurred only due to outer dents they may just give me in writing the same. But instead of clarifying my questions, they straightway denied that we can't give you in writing.
Further, when I left the service center, I went to Samsung Authorized Service Center there I shown my mobile and they said these are internal problems related to mobile and can not be linked with dents. Further, it is also said to me that your service center is be- fooling you to save their parts and to get earn money from your end.
I have noticed that if there is some outer dents in my phone why my mobile was opened and for what purpose. If outer dents cannot be covered under warranty under the policy norms of Lenovo why it should not be intimated/denied to me by the service engineer prior to open my mobile. It clearly indicates that they are entertaining only those mobiles which are having less expenditures. In the context, it is also pertinent to mention here that when my mobile was not opened there is no problem in the battery but when it was opened and returned to me it is with battery charging problem also. It was observed by me at my residence when I put my phone for charging purpose the battery gets maximum charged up to 33 to 40% only which was not like that prior to open the phone. Day after tomorrow said battery problems also communicated by me to the above said Lenovo Service Centre but they denied for the same also that they didn't spoiled the mobile battery.
It may also be noted that the same above said version also communicated by me to Lenovo Customer Care Center toll free no. 1********678 but instead of redressal of my costly mobile problem they supported to Service Centre Members, located at cited address.
In the circumstances, I feel very con because I have the warranty period facility but I cannot avail the same due to one sided terms and conditions maintained by Lenovo.
Keeping in view of the above and considering my left warranty period, you are requested to instruct the company under the consumer laws for repairing of my mobile without any cost under the warranty period.
Your kind reply for redressal of my grievance will be highly solicited.
