Dear Sir/Madam,
Can Mobikwik please tell what is the problem with it if I have multiple accounts with different e-mail address and different Primary mobile numbers.
I and all my friends created accounts in Mobikwik individually and after that every friend told me that we have no use of these accounts and they handover their credentials to me. After that I added some balance in wallet (in different accounts) to use for future use. Now Mobikwik staff de-activated my accounts even I changed the primary number of those accounts. After submitting a lot of tickets Mobikwik did not resolve those tickets with properly or with satisfactory solution and instead of satisfying me Mobikwik disabled my two-three more accounts(that was activated after lot of tickets) whose primary number were different from any other.
Now there are some balance in each of my accounts but due to de-active I am unable to change primary number and unable to use the balance. Also in every resolution Mobikwik told me to change primary number of activated accounts even there is no account active.
A few of tickets that I already submitted to Mobikwik department and can’t get the proper resolution are:
272536, 272935, 273332, 273582, 275367, 274412, 275491, 275493, 273977, 272510, 272497, 272915, 273579, 275577, 273713, 273383, 273978, 272485.
I already have more than 2000rs in my different deactivated accounts.
More surprising decision of Mobikwik is that even after changing the primary numbers of activated accounts (obviously after a lot of tickets) they de-activated those accounts again.

One more point I want to mention here that whenever I want to call their customer support on ********42 it transfers on IVR and after some time the system says “Our customer service is busy in attending other customers please leave a message after the beep and we will call you back shortlyâ€.
On leaving message they never never never call back.
I want to clearly mention that this is my last and final warning/intimation to Mobikwik to co-operate with me else I have to file a valid consumer court case against Mobikwik.
