Sub: Lodging of F.I.R

Sir, Person named Mr. Vijay Kumar designated as Purchase Engineer in PSElectricals (Chennai) is missing from Chennai since 6th March, 2013. He went on an official trip on behalf of company to meet CEO of Usha Capacitors (Kolkata )Mr. Pandey, and Purchase Manager of Usha Capacitors: Mr. Hemant Singh. Last communication received from our person was today i.e. 8th March, 2013, whereby he stated the following: “ I have been wrongfully confined past 2 days at some unknown place and today they have shifted to me to their office. Also they have kept 3 bodyguards to restrict my movement and even after my “N” no. of pleadings and frantic efforts they are not releasing me to leave for Chennai. They are demanding a sum of Rs. 2.10 Lakhs”.

On speaking to the officials of Usha Capacitors they confirmed the wrongful confinement of Mr. Vijay Kumar (PSE) and threatened PSIPL to release a sum of Rs. 2.10 Lakhs for release of Mr. Vijay Kumar.

Sir, your help is sought on urgent basis for release of Mr. Vijay Kumar. He is in bad state therefore we request your urgent action. Request you to Lodge and FIR and take necessary action for rescue of Mr. Vijay Kumar.
