On Wednesday, 27th February 2013 I had visited E-Zone, in 4th Block, KORAMANGALA at about 10.45 a.m for puchase of a sd card for my samsung galaxy tablet. I also carried my samsung galaxy note 2, purchased second hand very recently for cutting the bsnl sim card to micro sim in order to use it in the galaxy note.

After I purchased the sd card I took out the mobile box provided by Samsung from my shoulder bag and took the galaxy note 2 mobile for inserting the sim card to be cut. But after few attempts by the attendant and counter personnel I was told that as the SIM card is of big size the cutting will not be possible and I have to approach BSNL for exchanging the SIM card to micro SIM.
I then went straight to my office in HSR Layout. Only when I returned home around 8 pm I realized that only the mobile box was in my bag and the mobile was missing.
It then struck me that I had gone from the store straight to my office and had not seen it afterwards. I also remembered that I had kept the mobile on the counter while the staff were trying go cut the SIM card.

Immediately I went to the store around 8.30 p.m and enquired with the counter staff including the person who attended me and the person who billed the purchase of sd card. When they denied having seen the mobile, I asked for the Manager of the store and told him the issue in detail by showing the bill for the purchase made. Afterwards talking to the concerned staff he told me that no such mobile was seen by his staff. I then told him that I am going to file a police complaint and filled in a feed back form reg the issue and put it in the drop box.

I now request that the matter may be enquired into expeditiously.
