I have recently purchased a blackberry hand set from Oberoi Enterprises, vasant kunj new delhi and contact person was Mr.Santosh ( mob no +********3120)
At the time of purchse we asked for free screen guard for our device and he committed to give the same on foc basis but after raising invoice he told us that he is currently running out of stock and told us to come next day for getting the screen guard.
After that I personally went 2-3 time but he could not able to give the scratch guard because of non availability of stock.Yesterday i called him and asked about the screen guard then he confirmed me that its now available and I can take it from shop.after reaching the shop he asked me to pay money for the screen guard where he had already committed to give on foc basis and refused to owner his words.
After that he used extremely harsh and abusive language with me
Though screen guard cost is only 200-300Rs so I did not want to waste my time in his shop and i came out of shop.
Now purpose of my mail is to just bring these customer misconducts into your notice so that you can take corrective action for maintaining your brand image so that i future your customers should not face such incidents.
