Punjab Road Transport Corporation - Misbehaviour of conductor/driver

Misbehaviour : I booked an advance ticket for journey from Chandigarh to Pathankot ( journey date 24/09/10 time 01-40 p.m. Vehicle No PB65H 9014)vide PNR No P107231 Ticket No 002264, Route No HVAC2x3 from the Chandigarh counter through www.busindia.com. Although seat No was already given in the advance ticket the conductor issued ticket for the same seat number to others. The conductor seemed to have no knowledge of the seat allotment in the advance ticketing. The same problem was faced by another group of ladies in the bus. This caused unnecessary hassle for us. Secondly driver and conductor were constantly playing music in high volume for the whole journey. Although I requested them to stop this they paid no heed. It is requested to authorities that playing music should be stopped in the bus. At least conductors and drivers should be polite and should pay attention to the request of passengers.
