Sub: Mr. H.K. Tiwari (Checking staff) wrongly charged money from us & misbehaved with me & my family. Unsupporting approach of Raipur staff

Dear Sir/ Madam
I was traveling in train no. 2833 Ahmedabad – Howarah Express on 07/12/2010. During the journey TTE who where in the coach from Ahmedabad to Surat & from Surat to Bhusawal to whom I have shown my ticket PNR no. ********80 and my driving license no. Y/574/R (which has been issued originally to me from R.T.O. office Raipur) to them which they have certified. After bhusaval station checking staff Mr. H.K. Tiwari (Ph. No.- 0********87, 0********73) came to my coach & started talking “Ir-respectively” in a shouting manner. He was trying to claim my original License ID as duplicate copy. He started giving us warning that he will take us out in Akola station “forcibly” & we will be in “trouble”. As I was with my family he started giving me mental pressure. At that time called TTE for help he admitted that it was correct but inspite of saying anything he sitted quietly & didn’t helped in anyway. As I was with my family I tried to convience him that it is original one & I can certify it by R.T.O. also. I have shown him my ATM card of SBI bank, ICICI bank & credit card of ICICI bank. But Mr. H.K. Tiwari was shouting loudly & trying to make a fearful atmosphere for my family. And at last I requested him to give me time uptill Raipur for any cetification from any responsible authority. But he was not ready to hear anything and repeatedly saying that I will “De-Train” you in Akola station.
On seeing the behavior of Mr. H.K. Tiwari I was compelled to do according to him as I have to see my family’s comfort also i.e. I agreed to pay the amount Rs. 5560.00. As I was not having sufficient amount of money I have to take credit from co-passengers meanwhile his agreesive attitude was continued.
On reaching Raipur station I have contacted station manager & chief ticket inspector for my complaint & requested to provide me complaint book but both of them misdirected me . On showing my license ID to them they confirmed that it is correct & the working done by him is wrong.
So I kindly request you to please return my money back & take strict action against Mr. H.K. Tiwari & other concerned people. Thanking you & eagerly waiting for your prompt action.
