Sir, I had called Mr. Saurav Bhattacharya Retail Head west Bengal of samsung India electronics Pvt Ltd having its concerned office at pressman House, Ground Floor 10A Lee Road Kolkata in his mobile number which is ********17

I had called this following persons on the 17th of this month at around 2pm regarding a query for the service centre of samsung in siliguri as i along with one of my partner had shown a keen ineterest in opening a sevice centre of samsung so i inquired him for the details and for the phone number of the respective person incharge of this matter, but unfortunately he had shown a very rude and harsh behaviour towards me on the telephone and had also used some fealthy and slang words to me which was unexpected from such person holding such position of this esteemed and renowed company like samsung.

i had also sent a fax at the above mentioned address, quoting a complain against Mr Saurav Bhattacharya, but i have not received any positive response from their side till date, sir I would just like to know that is this the way that an educated and designated person like Mr Saurav speaks to its dealers, is this the market reputation he creates for this esteemed organisation like samsung.

Sir, its my humble request to you that kindly take an iniiative against Mr Saurav and please teach him the manner and etiquite, as how to speak to its dealers and customers . I hope that you will not disappoint me from your side, and would provide me with fedback at the earliest
