I with my friend went to watch a movie on 28th June at INOX NH-22 Mall Amravati, Panchkula, Haryana.
As we reached well ahead of the movie time and was pretty hungry I went to buy some food from your food chain Refuel.
I ordered a chicken grilled sandwich, french fries and soft drink for which I was not given any bill. After ordering I asked my friend to collect the order while i went to washroom to get freshen-up. By the time I came back my order was served but while I started eating my sandwich i felt that neither it was grilled nor it contains chicken.
When I confronted the official at front desk not only he denied of any such order by me and asked for the bill, when i told him that I was not given any bill, he immense rude behavior he informed me that in lack of bill he will not be able to replace it also as it was half eaten there is no way he can replace that and i should have informed him before eating.
I was pretty much taken back from such a behavior and felt pretty insulted in front of other customers as he tried to portray that I am intentionally informing him about the wrong order served after having consumed most of it.
I didn't said a word more to him in-spite of the fact that i was charged more for an item that was not delivered.But I assure you I will not be visiting not only your cinemas at Panchkula but at any other place and will suggest the same to all my friends.
