Northern Railway - misbehave of SDO and TT

If somebody first time travel in rail and they do not know the rules and regulation of railway but they have mst for jammu to udhampur of dmu and superfast. one day he come on railway station and dmu is not come on time and other train was come for udhampur and he travel in other train and train is empty and he travel in sleeper class in first time you given him a one chance to re-coorect our mistake and not doing second time but you don\'t have issue a ticket to him from Delhi to Udhampur with fine. we are request to please change the SDO of Ticket Chequer of Jammu railway who depute in J&K because his behave not like a person and no body like him because he did not listen the pessanger what they say he only forced to person who are in emergency but they travel in other class they do not give him a one chance. If anybody again come in sleeper class so you have do what law provide the power to do. it is humbly request that please change the STE or SDO whichever and transfer a person instead of who depute in Jammu.

I support this complaint.
On 2nd August, 2010 morning my dad was at Jammu Railway station asking reservation counter officer for cancellation/Booking slip on which he started yelling him and calling police he was not at all supportive and was nor ready to give current Booking on which My dad request him that he requires only booking/cancellation slip to cancel his ticket and book current ticket, a Police officer ran on him to bit him as if my dad is robber/thief. Also getting current ticket across the counter the reservation office was asking for bribe of Rs. 200- 300 behind a single ticket. I would request authority to take necessary action.
