I WENT TO COMPANY FOR REPAIR OF HORN OF ACTIVA, SCOOTER BUT MR.CHANDAK ,INCHARGE OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT REFUSED TO REPAIR AND MISBEHAVED.I ALSO REQUEST TO MR.VINOD RAJPUROHIT BUT HE ALSO REFUSED TO TAKE CARE.I DEMAND FOR COMPLAINT BOOK BUT THEY DENIED TO PRODUCE THE SAME.THEY TOLD, "HUM NAHI KARENGE , AAPKO JAHA COMPLAINT KARNI HO KAR DE KOI HAMARA KUCH NAI KAR SAKTA."AT THAT TIME DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY i.e.,MR.SUBASH MITTAL WAS NOT PRESENT IN THE COMPANY.MR.CHANDAK WAS ALSO REFUSED TO TELL THE EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER OF THE COMPANY HEAD OFFICE.THIS IS VERY SHAMEFUL FOR THE CREDIT AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COMPANY.
Complainant's Goal: TO INSTRUCT THE WORKERS OF THE COMPANY TO IMPROVE HIS BEHAVIOUR
