Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I had made an easy recharge of Rs 123(3G gprs pack) on my mobile no.- ********27 on 08/08/2013 but i got only 512 MB data. I called to 198 and talk with Mr. rohit, he told me that my complain has been registered and forwarded and will be resolved within 24 hrs, i.e. 512 MB data will be added to my a/c.
When I called to 198 today approax 1:30 AM. to know about the status of my complain your customer care executive Mr. Ajay Jain misbehave with me and talked very roughly.He was not supposed to talk to me in that way. Please check conversation recording; and inform me about your action taken against him.
I requested many times about my complaints, but they have taken no action yet; neither they are providing my remaing 512MB data nor they have taken any action against theirr customer care executive yet.
