I'm writing this mail to raise a complaint against the faulty device and incorrect service provided by Intarvo Technologies, koramangala , Bangalore,

This is the worst service I've would have received so far, I'm frustrated to the extent to take this legally, as your service center doesn't have any qualified engineers to provide the right information correctly,

Firstly I handed over my deive at intarvo technologies on 8th of january for the battery issue which takes more than 5 hours to completely charge and the charge lasts less than 1 and half hour which is definitely not acceptable,

Your service team had the device till 10th january and said no fault, but in front of me the person called Jogendar checked it took more than 35 minutes to charge by 1%, even while switching off,

And the person said he will need one more day to check, I left the device also complained about while browsing it drains very quickly, I came back on 11th january they said fault with adapter and gave replacement refurbished adapter,

The person jogendar says they brosed on my device for more than 1 and half hour, but in the settings under data usage. I still have the proof there is no data usage from 8th to 11 th of january- they are dodging me with this faulty crap device., ur senior person mr. sukanta das doesn't know anything about the product, he says the battery will last upto 3hrs without using which is a total crap I didn't buy the device to keep it idle, I have bought this to use, on usage im not getting the battery lasting atlest for 3 hours, I visited the service center again on 22nd they 're fooling me around with incorrect information, I called the customer care number in fornt of him and clarified that the battery should lst at least 4- 5 hours on full usage and also I had ur email address written correctly as subhas.jog@milagrow.in but sukanta das asked me to change it to suvhas.jog@milagrow.in, I'm deeply hurt how they can talk lie to this much extent, after giving it to repair already the lcd is not fit inside properly into the bezel, and shows the bright white line on left hand side.

I'm definitely not accepting until I have this faulty unit replaced, I raised the complaint within first 7 days, with this faulty unit, definitely expecting for someone to contact me at the earliest.

This is one of email sent to milagrow service center; neither Girias has not provided me a refund, nor milagrow, has provided a fullest service to resolve, the security guards are used to check the device performance and then they return it back to us without fixing the problem, totally, the unit has been sent to service centers 6 times in the last 6 months: more than me using the unit, the time spent in service centers is more:
the unit had never worked properly, the unit has false advertisement of 10+ hours battery back up, ideally the unit doesn't last more than 2 hours and my unit with a faulty battery never lasts even upto 30 minutes, the battery drains in idle state in less than an hour without usage: even if it is kept with display switched off, the company has mislead me with false advertisement, and upon claiming battery issue, from the day 3 of purchase, the company has not replaced the battery, the service centers are located in koramangala, rajajinagar, and marathalli, i've spent thousands of ruppess fuelling my car and travelling to these places for reporting problem and collecting unit, i've claimed for a refund which the company accepted to provide after evaluating the device, the unit claimed to have problem right from out of box, was evaluated for 3500, and insulting me to have maintained the device without a single scratch or physical damage, I work for reputed Computer manfacturer company for the last 3 years a hardware and software technical analyst, hence i know an optimal information about various technologies and how devices function, yet the technician from milagrow have continuously insulted me, that is should not turn on the backlight, volume should be kept very low, and this has been informed to them but despite of mocking at my expertise is very insulting, i'm going through a lot of mental stress with this faulty unit, i've gone through humiliations around my friends and family circle, having this device, which the company cannot restore. I'm attaching the email conversation which i've had with the milagrow technicians, I'm seeking for a full refund, because i'm claiming for it right from 7th day of purchase
