Hi, my name is Priya; I am staying in "Malliga Hostel", Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore. I am doing this complaint on behalf of my hostel mates, my hostel warden "Malliga" is not refunding advance payment (advance rs 2250= registration 250 + 2000, Malliga have to give us rs2000) to us even though we informed before 20 days about vacating hostel, she is always telling silly reasons to refund the amount and she is charging for unnecessary things and reducing money from advance payment.
she is keep on increasing hostel rent for every month ,no food, no proper water supply, no power supply, not cleaning bathrooms and toilets regularly , only single water doctor for all three floors in that also no proper water supply, getting too much of rents but the rules is we should not on the television .
We are affecting by skin diseases due to over population of mosquitoes and not taking proper steps to recover from those things but she is charging current bill as rs 180 to 200 per month from each person (it is well known that all over Tamil Nadu, we all paying current bill for two month once) but she is increasing rent for every month and displaying notice in each rooms like "Due to some unavoidable reasons we are increasing hostel rent this month from 1200rs to 2000rs".
We tried talking with her directly but she asked us to not to meet directly and talk, so we contacted her through phone calls but she did not responding us properly. So we are asking help through this support.
