My name is Trupti Wankhede (after marriage - Trupti Rangari) Emp ID: 94030. I am working with IBM BPO from last 5 years. I am pregnant right now because of which I asked the company transport to provide me home pickup and drop in the cab/sumo. But the transport people provide me TT which is not convenient for me to travel. I escalated it to transport several times but nothing is done till date. I asked one of the tranport guy (Sanjay Mulay) if they provide TT to pregnant ladies and he replied they don't. But still I m being provided one. I have already provided HR approval and Process owner's approval to transport stating that I am pregnant and need to take special care with the Dr's certificate attached. Even yesterday I was sent TT during my pickup. I am fed up of this mental and physical harassment. I know these people will never change and will continue giving me such kind of harassment. Even in the past some employees had met with an accident while travelling with company transport.

So from today till my delivery if any complications happen then the company transport, specially Sanjay Mulay (Transport incharge) will be responsible for it.
I request you to take a serious action as soon as possible against the harassment given by transport to the employees.
