I had booked Mega Cab on Thursday, 21st July, 2011 for travel from Kandivili East to Mumbai Domestic Airport (Booking No. B000132). The vehicle was supposed to report at 08.25 AM. I even called up the Taxi service 30 minutes prior to the reporting time to remind them and I was informed that the vehicle would reach at the reporting time.
I got a call around the reporting time from MEGA Cabs and was informed that the axle of the vehicle was broken. Eventually I had nochoice but to look out for another vehicle. This entire process took time and eventually by the time I reached the airport I missed my flight of King Fisher (Departure from Mumbai at 08.25 AM) From Mumbai to Kochi. I had to again book myself on another flight of INDIGO by paying a high fare.
I called up Mega cab and fired them. These people are shameless. This is the 4th time such a thing has happened. I lost my peace of mind and at the last minute the situtaion was terrible. I reached Kochi late and all my days schedule was thrown out of gear.
I would like to file a case of Inefficient service and poor reponse and would like to claim damages of Rs. 1 Lacs for the repeated inefficient services of MEGA CAB.
