I have booked plot no. 169 in Max Nandana Residency Phase 2 and gave the token advance of Rs. 1,00,000/- on 08/Aug/2013 and later on paid Rs. 1,88,000/- on 29/Jan/2014 out of total agreed sales amount of Rs. 9,60,000/- as per terms & conditions. They have to register the plot within six months from 14/Feb/2014 which is supposed to falling on 13/Aug/2014. But they never turn up for registration. I ask for the refund, they stopped responding to my calls and visited their office but no use. It's 3 years now still not got the refund and not sure how many years it's going to take from now.
