MATA SHEETLA GAS SERVICE - Gurgaon: Consumer No. 221427: It's very pethetic to avail services from MATA SHEETLA GAS SERVICE as rude behaviour with customers / not getting gas delivery in time even after numerious communications to them through telephonic & mails as well.
The customers are also feel insulting to go to agency for their grevencies due to misbehaviour attitude at agency office & gowdown also.
We are not getting gas supply timely after booking, today 14 days have been past but still waitting for gas cylinder even after visit the agency, telephonic follow ups, multiple mail communication to them. All are in vein.
May i request to feel pain of the customers who are simply walk-in the agency without getting any solution from there, i'm the part of that also.
You're, therefore, requested to redress the complaint quickly & concil the agency to avoid unwanted complaints against them.
