Maruti Suzuki India Limited - Authorised Maruti Service Centre taken extra amount for not doing job.
Dear Sir,
I have taken my Car (AP11K2643) on 11 July 2010 to Indo Japan Service -Maruti Authorized Service Station in Bhubaneswar for Battery replacement and Door glass repair. They replaced the Battery and also Glass regulator for which they charged (cost of items + labor charge for replacement). I have paid Rs 4330/ (Rs 4300 through ATM Card and Rs.30/- through cash) for which they have given duplicate bill without mentioning invoice number/dealership authorization number,etc. When I saw the bill in which they metioned Rs 400/ for periodic service charge. I said that you have not did any thing except washing, even oil was not replaced, carburetors were not checked, than why you have charged this. He said that your vehicle is washed for which we have charged Rs 400/- When I requested for original bill , they refused to provide the bill instead he was returning Rs 100/ to me. The bill which was given to me even was not having Job Number, bill number. I said we do't need money, we need original receipt for communicating to Maurti India Limited for their information. I also requested that please give me Maruti service authorization number for which he also refused to provide.
Kindly look in to matter immediately and also appraise me whether Indo japan Service, Bhubaneswar is your authorized service dealer or not so that legal action may be initiated against the firm.
I am waiting for your early action in this matter.

Have forwared the mail to contact.maruti.co.in and complaint below mail may of places but not getting reposnse...please help.
I have Maruti Desire registration no. HR 12Q 4041 which meet an accident on 16th April 2014, immediate after accident I gave my car to Jagmohan Motors (Rohtak) for repair.
At the time of giving this they commit to give this back within 15 days. On 29th April i.e. after 14days when I called them to ask when I should come to collect, I was surprised to know they have not started the repair work yet. Then again I got another commitment date i.e. 03rd May. After so-much regular follow ups (every day they postponed with new commitment) finally they ask to come and collect the car on 08th May. I got the car delivery without providing proper bills/invoice after giving 40K (some adhoc amount). After delivery When I was way back to my house it stuck in the mid-way (my house is just 3-4 KM away from the showroom), it did not managed me to reach my house, and then I had to rush back to showroom again.
Now it’s been another week I am not providing any update, every time they intimate car has some technical fault and parts need to come from Gurgaon.
This is the worst experience work that I had in my life, it's harassing me a lot from the very beginning. Earlier days because of the same reason I stop going to Jagmohan Motors - you also can check track record, after some time I start getting service done from Gurgaon only.
More further to bring to your notice, I called to customer care 1800-1800-180 reference no. ********9 on 03rd May and on 09th May as well but not getting any response. Further I called to 011-46781000 and 0124-2340106 as well, they told me to response within day or two but it is also blank.
It is feeling so upset knowing; nobody is interesting and taking reposiblity to reply on that.
Hope to have response this time, your action to the same regard will be highly appreciated.
