Myself Anhu M [IGNOU Register# : 105306120] completed the course MTECHESD under IGNOU from RECT,Cochin,Kerala on June 2013. The result had been published 4 months earlier and score card updated in the IGNOU web site already. Still I am waiting the Mark List and the Provisional Certificate.
I have been following up with IGNOU Team from October 13th onwards through phone and e-mail and not getting any favorable reply. I pursue your attention to get the below details at the earliest.
