On 22nd July 2015 i submitted my iPhone to the service centre, on 24.7.2015 i got a call from the engineer that the phone was tempered and cannot be serviced. I went to take the phone on 8.8.15 and asked for the cctv footage to know the tampering was not done by their engineers and a human error as there was no part replaced the phone just has a dent on the battery inside and connecter to the battery was tampered. I said that when my phone was under warranty why will i go to a third party and get service but they denied the service and did not give me any proof. When i returned home i saw there were pictures taken by the phone during the phone was lying with them outside the service centre. who authorised them to do that and my phone was tampered by on of those guy. apple has not been helpful and not ready to accept that their service centre guys cannot do such thing. I am registering a fraud case against Maple and Apple for lethargic behaviour towards consumer and not providing proof of tampering and denying it on the face.
Apple has not been little helpful and do not trust their customer and blindly go by what info is provided by the service centre.
Will complain against apple for mental torture i had to go through and waste my time and got humiliated.
I bought new mobile I phone 12 from maple on 15th April 2021. Within two months of purchase my device developed major fault as incoming voice of receipting stopped coming . I went to store for rectification but to my utter surprise they diverted me other places . While doing sales they sound very polite but when it comes to service or fault they show their true colour , I spent 1 lac on mobile handset snd feel that I have done some mistake . There after sales Serice is pathetic with poor approach . Apple brand name sure short getting tarnished and Apple too seems to be not bothered ...must avoid Apple product as not worth value for money specially when service is third grade level
