Since 3 Years I informed to The Mahanagar Co.Op.Bank Ltd. Fort Branch that you are sending notices of Mr.Sudam Nakte at my address, but he sold flat to me in 2005. I cannot understand how the bank give loan or take gurantee without verification of address as bank very well know that address of Sudam Nakte is not correct after sending reminders bank always send me letter of Sudam Nakte at my address.

Bank given loan 175000 vide Ref. No. spl/2535 Dt. 12.10.2007 and SPL/2538 Dt. 29.10.2007 Rs. 150000.00 where Mr.Sudam Nakte is Gurantor.

I could not understand when many reminds also in Icomplaints but bank is still not listing. I also informed rbi obudsam.

I at last request that correct the address of Mr.Sudam Nakte otherwise i go to media or legal action towards harassment.
