My name is Deepak Kumar and I am enrolled for your M.Com Program (Enrollment Number – A10T1G028002) from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University Tirunelveli Tamilnadu. I enrolled myself for this program in 2010 at IIFCA Academy Gurgaon (Study Center Code: M34A39). I completed my first year in 2011 and got the marks sheet for the same from the study center. I then appeared for my second year examination in 2012, and waited for my result but till date I haven’t got my result.



I tried contacting study center to check the result but got no reply. Till date, I contacted them for not less than 10 times to check and see if any answer can be given related to the results of 2nd year. After I realized that they won’t be able to answer my questions, I then send an email to the examination control department of your university. I never received any reply from them (Not even an acknowledgement). After waiting for a reply on my first email, I then send them the second email but again no reply.

Even i wrote three mail to the Vice Chancellor, Exam Controller and Grievance Redressal Forum but again no reply.

pls help what should i do?
