Makemytrip: Booking Reference Number NR251205718854


I did rail booking on 1st September, 2011, through Makemytrip.com. Payment of Rs.2311 was made through my Credit Card, but booking failed, with message:

'However, your PNR is UNDER PROCESS as the response from Indian Railways is delayed due to heavy load on their systems. It may take up to 45 minutes to update the booking status. In case of non confirmation of the PNR within 45 mins, we will initiate a full refund of the charged amount within 2 working days'.

I have written to Makemytrip many times since 1st September. There phone lines are always busy. Money should have been refunded within 2 days. Now today is 19th day and money has still not been credited into my Account.
