We have send you the mail on 24th march and we have not got any reply of that mail till date.
We have called on your service centers but just one person replied us named Mr.Sudesh
The motorcycle which we have buyied was having some minor problem and your dealer opened its all spare parts and even engine and that also without the permission.
The dealer is now saying that he has not opened the engine part but we have the pictures of that spare parts.
I want in writing from company as well as the dealer that he has not opened the engine.
While driving 30kms major problem arrives then who will the responsible of my life?
So i want a new motorcycle.
And i am not getting any reply i.e no mails or calls from company side and as well as from your dealer side.
If u want as a proof that spare pats are being opened or not then i have the pictures as a proof.
