Ive purchased a diamond signature ring of MAIA which is wore occasionally. After 1 year of purchase, a wire from the ring ccame off which was sent back to the showroom for repair which was repaired without charge. However 6 months later the same wire iif off the ring which clearly proves that the design of the ring is defective. Now their are claiming for repairing charge of Rs 3.5k which is certainly unacceptable. 1st i purchased an expersive ring which cost me nearlly Rs lac and now i pay for the repairs. does not make sense here. Their staff are rude and do not know how to deal with customers.
