I Purchase new Mahindra Stallio from S.K Auto Goregoan(W) on 14th Feb2011, I got the delivery on 25th Feb 2011 in the afternoon 3:00 p.m.

As soon as I reach home following issue with the bike Speedometer is not working, self start is not working. I took the bike again to the dealer he fixed the speedometer and told everything is fine. Again I took the bike and went to my work put the Rs.400 petrol but after driving few Kms bike went in reserve. I took the bike again to the dealer he said there is something wrong with some part and he replaced it, but he damaging the side panel below the tank.
Following are the list of problem I am facing with Stallio in 12 hours .
1. Digital setting on speedometer is not working.
2. As u turn Right/Left bike start accelerating by itself.
3. Petrol tank was rusty in
4. Gear box jam
5. Side Panel below the petrol taken was broken by the Dealer
6. Leakage in the petrol tank.
After all this I book a complain with the Mahindra customer care (1-800-233-8883) with all the issue, they told bike can be replace if there is issue with in 24 hours, and also sales person will call with in 24 hours.
Then from Sales Mr. Pawar (********85) called as we explain everything he told he will make sure all the issue will be resolved or he will talk to senior and replace it. We took the bike again to the dealer as Mr. Pawar suggested, and the owner of SK auto promise to do the work and make it as new by replacing all the rusty and problematic parts. When we went again for getting the bike, NO WORK WAS DONE.
Also contacted Mr Biradar on cell no ********85 but no action on his part as well.
When we again complaint with MR. Pawar and ask for the replacement he promised to replace the bike, also the dealer agree on it. And next day Mr Pawar told he already supply the replaced Bike to the dealer.
As everyone knows CHEATER does not have any ethics, both Mahindra Sales person Mr. Pawar and S.K. auto refuse to replace the bike. My Bike is still with the Mahindra dealer S.K. Auto.
My humble request is to refund my money and accept my apology for kept FAITH in Mahindra. Also I am sure the Mahindra Team is not going to do anything since they are part of NONETHICAL organization.
I support this complaint.
I support this complaint. I also want to return this bike and refund my money. this is a problem bike nothing is good in this bike.
