Dear sir,i had placed a order no:S******** on 30jun2014 but still i did not got the product,they provide fedex consignment number also i.e 5********253 when i contacted to fedex custromer care they told that they have not received the product from whakky.com.they generated the number and provided me the number.whakky.com not giving response to mail also and they are not lifting the phone,i tried many times.Please assist me what to do i want money back from them at any how.i already made complaint in grahak seva and consumer court also but still nothing happend so please do needful sir.
