Dear sir, I have purchased a Mobile Vox V 5600 Black, for Rs.3149( Order No-1********9).And complained defects of the same. I have advised to send back the Mobile handset to M/s Alpha Radio Shop, Delhi, for replacement/repair. I have send the mobile By DTDT couriers on Tue, Apr, 29, 2014 07:40 PM and this was delivered to Alpha Radio Shop on Tue, Apr, 29, 2014 07:40 PM .But till to day no response from them. Kindly arrange for earlier replacement please. Thanking you. Sanju Joseph.

I ordered ,"Dual USB 16000 mAh Powerbank with Display & Torch White" on the date of 4/01/2016 and the delivery date was 12/01/2016. Today is 15/01/2016. Until i have no information about my product. I send many mails and try to contact with seller or courier company. and try to contact seller cell phone number which's given by order confirmation mail. But response was nothing.
I am in trouble because I paid all Money by debit card.
It's humble request to you, Please contact me asap.
