I was going to Netherlands and accidently went the first option that crossed my eyes for International Sim cards – Lyca Sim Cards!! Must say the worst service ever, poor customer acknowledgement and lost cause when it comes to customer care centres. !! With an unsuccessful recharge, when i called the customer care, they took forever to trace my file first and then had no clue to guide me through the process of recharging!! Money and patience ultimately lost !!
