I opted for Lyca sim card for UK and throughout my stay , was found calling the customer care for one issue or the other. Also, the appointed staff is absolutely clueless about things and plans. My sim wasn’t catching any signals for the first few hours and on calling the customer care, instead of giving me a solution, the lady was busy keeping my call on hold. It was a bad experience using Lyca services
