Dear Sir,

I have taken Hathway Internet 4 months ago and when I took connection they assured 50 Mbps Fiber Connection. But when they gave me a connection its not fiber and normal ordinary cable through shared modem. I never get 50 Mbps speed till now and I made more than 100 complaints during this 4 months. Most of the time no connection and if connection available its not more than 1 Mbps. Once I made a complaint they least bother to respond and after making several calls for 4-5 days they send one unqualified engineer who does not know any thing and do nothing. They mention always cable cut or lines problem. Only one time their engineer came and told he rectified the problem and shows fake speed via www.speedtest.net. Whenever I check with other websites and include the same speedtest.net it shows less than 1 Mbps and I could not even open my mail box to check my mails and can not access any websites. I made a complaint in http://www.akosha.com a month ago and the problem still same but they mentioned in update its resolved. Yesterday also I made a complaint again in the same akosha.com and tillo now no response from neighter hathway nor Akosha.

I am not at all happy neither Hathway Internet services nor Akosha because I registered my complaint long back and Hathway people resolved it temporarily. It worked just for only 2 days and now the speed of internet is more worst than earlier. I am not able to even open my gmail or yahoo mail and when I checked with www.speedtest.net it shows download speed just 0.45 or 0.73 or 0.75 and upload max 0.73 and most of the time it doesn't show. You can check my hundreds of complaints with Hathway Internet and there are almost everyday one complaint will be there. They are least bother to respond my complaints and if at all respond it is only temporary action and not a permanent solution. I am facing this problem since I took the connection. Now I can't change internet as they forced me to pay 3 months renewal subscription. Till it get completed I can not move to another internet connection. As I am not at all happy with Hathway it is highly appreciable if you lodge a complaint against hathway and get back my amount which I paid with penalty for the loss of my business transaction and regular correspondence to my employer. Because of this I also lost my job and now I am job less and searching for another job. Even if I want to apply and send my resume to the employers online the internet is very slow and I am not able to apply online jobs hence I started attending walk-in jobs with hardcopy of my resume. Hope you can understand my situation and expect an favorable help from you to take necessary action against hathway which punishment force them not to do same mistake to any consumer.
