I purchased Ultra Motor\'s Velocity Electric Scooter about one year back. Barely after using it for 4, 000 kms in one year, the Batteries have nearly exhausted. Now I am not able to travel beyond 10 kms. The Company sticker on the top of the Battery says that these are 24 Amp Hours, but the Chinese Manufacturer\'s Print in the sides says that these are 20 Amp Hour Battery. Clearly, the Company is cheating its Customers. A set of four numbers new Batteries costs Rs 8, 500.0 !!!. Therefore, the Electric Scooter is uneconomical. I request Consumers to keep away form the products of Ultra Motors.
I dont support this complaint.i had also purchaed ultra bike but its giving good milegae infact i tried lohia and hero products also but ultra product is better than others. my recommendation to all of you if you are planning to buy electric scooter do buy ultra product.

i am also agree with himani i also have ultra scooter and its been more than 1 year but its giving good mileage. so buy ultra electric scooter
