Dear Sir/Madam,

We actually travel very frequently from Andhra to Bangalore via (Seshadri Express). We climb into the train by booking our reservations before two months and then the day when we have to travel back from Rajahmundry to Bangalore there will be lot of people climbing into the train from Jollarpeta, Kuppam, Bangarapet into almost all the reservation coaches and will not give us space to get down the train at the desired places. We tried to complain to the TC.. but TC will not be visible in the train after Tirupathi verification. People in the train might be differently abled, and for their convenience we would be doing reservation. But when we have to get down the train if we have to struggle a lot then there is no point of doing reservation. Sometimes, we lose lot of valuable things too. If those many people are needed to climb this train, then why dont they have another train where lot of rush can be moved to the passenger / Local metro kind of train. Everytime the train prices will increase but you cannot accomodate one more train to handle the rush. To whom we have to complain on this and how it will get resolved.
