Hi Sir,

I lost my Samsung Glaxzy Note 2 today when I boarded the bus from V Palya to HSR BDA complex (bus number KA 01 FA 1507) date 27/05/2013 time 08:04 AM ticket num 116614.

There were 5 guys that pushed me and rushed out of the bus near the Shopper stop bus stop. Then a passenger from behind asked me check my phone and then I realized that my cell was missing. I had it in the front pocket of my jeans.

Sir I would request you to please take this a bit serious as this is a public mode of transport that it is happing on and if this is self is not safe, I do not know how would the public have confidence travelling by these modes of transport.
