Bangalore City Police - Lost Mobile with SIM CARDS

Respected sir,

I am Naveenkumara J s/o Javaregowda currently residing at #100,1st main,2nd block (Ramakrishna Block) Thyagaraj Nagar, Bangalore-560028 . On May 09, 2017, I lost my phone at the Office CAB.

The mobile is an MOTO G Turbo Edition, with a black color case. The IMEI number of the phone is 35235********53 .The mobile number of the SIM used in the lost phone is ********47 and ********76. Approximate value of the new device of this model is Rs 13000

You are requested to kindly register the complaint and give me an attested copy of this complaint so that I can submit this to the service provider to block the phone number and prevent potential abuse of my SIM.

I shall be obliged if you kindly take action to trace and recover the lost device.

Please use https://www.bcp.gov.in/ - Lost Report app or web portal. Very easy for lost report and you get immediate digitally signed copy report acknowledgement for SIM block and new SIM.
