I am Vipin s/o Vijay singh, currently residing at Karunaa pg, 5th cross, Prashant layout, Whitefield Bangalore-560066 . On March 13, 2019, I lost my phone at Aggahara bus stop.

The mobile is a Lenovo K8 Note, Model no - XT1902-3, color - Venom Black. The IMEI number of the phone is ********5151235 .The mobile number of the SIM used in the lost phone is ********03.
Approximate value of the new device of this model is Rs 10000.

You are requested to kindly register the complaint and give me an attested copy of this complaint so that I can have proof that this mobile is not being used by me. Other person should not use this phone in any activity.

I shall be obliged if you kindly take action to trace and recover the lost device.
