Sir /Madam
I have lost my B.B.M. Marks sheet and certificate at District- Sonitpur, Assam, issued from Acharya Institute of Graduate Studies, Bangalore University, Hesaraghatta, Karnataka. Already, a police report at Sonitpur, Assam is registered vide PS GDE No 960 dated 23.10.2017 but found no traced the same.
Please help me in giving a police report for obtaining the duplicate BBM Marks sheet and Certificate.
