I arrived from USA to Bangalore on April 26th 2013 for celebration of my daughter's marriage and am staying in my relatives house at 763, 8th Main, Mahalakshmi Lay Out, Bangalore 560086. Today in preparation to my departure early AM of 8th to USA while packing I noticed that my Certificate of Registration of Overseas is missing. My OCI No is A485641. My USA Passport number is 0******** issued by Passport agency at Seattle USA on Feb 4th, 2005. I will be reporting the same to Citizenship section, foreigners division Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt of India New Delhi.
