Dear Sir / Mam,

Good morning, my name is Emmanuel V. Namit and I flyed in from the Philippines to Jeddah via Bahrain on 26 July 2012 on Gulf Air Flight GF 0155 and GF 0173. Unfortunately, I was unable to claim my two baggage at the Jeddah airport and presumed they were missing after exhausting all efforts to find them. The matter was referred to the airport officials at the Lost Baggage section but to no avail.

The two baggage contains personal belongings that I need for my work. The incident has brought so much inconvenience and I have to spend substantial amount to buy new clothes and other personal needs to enable me to perform my functions and obligations here. May I therefore seek your kind assistance in locating these baggages and would appreciate returning them back to me at the earliest time possible.
