I lost my Vivo V5 Grey phone in elements mall on 29/08/2018 around 8:30 to 9:00. After purchase and billing in SPAR, I came outside the SPAR and kept my phone in trolly and was putting all the purchased items in a carry bag and forgot to take the phone and started moving from that place. After few seconds i realized mobile was not with me and searched but my mobile was stolen by then. I called to my number with the help of customer service people in mall, some person received the call but did not speak anything. Later tried to many times ring was going on but no one received and after sometime it was switched off.
