Hi, I booked a ticket thru redbus.in from Pune to Hyderabad details as follows
Date of travel: 14/02/2011

seat no: C5
PNR: APNBQM********
Bus :A P TRAVELS-JABBAR B-9R
This travel was a nightmare for me for the following reasons.
1. The same ticket was allocated to some other passengers.
2. On the top of that the Driver and conductor forced me to pay extra 200/- for carrying my used personal laptop packed in cartoon box. Their intension was to have a fight and I should have left the bus as the same seat they sold to other persion.
3. When I refuse to give money they threatened me that they will unload my luggage somewhere else with other luggage.
4. When asked for the receipt for the money which they charged, again threatened that I have to collect my luggage from their office and the formalities will take at least 5 Hrs.
I was not in a position to miss the bus as I had to catch next day flight from Hyderabad, I was humiliated and was forced to give them money. I request you to take strong/possible action against them.
