espected Sirs, I have submitted the documents with your outlet "My Idea" situated at Section 17, Ulhasnaga-421003. After submission of documents twice, I was getting sms that the documents are not as per DOT. In the third attempt one of the office bearers Mr. Sumit (********41) himself got my form filled in, Got xeroxed my Pan Card as well as my Driving Licence also, along with the Telephone Bill. The last time I have submitted my documents on 7th October, 2010. Even then I am getting messages repeatedly that my documents are not as per DOT. When contacted with the owner and manager (One of them is Sardaji) they say that they are helpless to help me as according to them they are the only collectors of documents and not the Authorities.

Sirs, I have ben using the mobile since 2000. I have remained the President of Rotary Club of Ulhasnagar Midtown. I have enjoyed the status of SPECIAL EXECUTIVE OFFICER, Govt. of Maharashtra. I don't understand why am I harrassed again and again by sending me sms after every call and special sms and recorded phone calls from your side that my documents are not as per DOT.

Could you please tell me the unfulfilled requirements and oblige. Thanks.
