Pl refer my complaint ID 11332 Dt 29/04/2012.I recd a letter dt 04/05/2012 along with a letter dt 26/04/2012 issued by OBC ukhralsi muradnagar br.I have not recd the chqs till now which were despatched by ur muradnagar br on 03/05/2012 as stated by the MANAGER.I request u pl give me the following information
1.When the receipt were issued on 29/03/2012 why it took more than a month to inform the position and that is too after my continuous follow up.
2.Why the chqs were accepted by LIC and issued receipt when these werenot valid and why not informed in due time.
3.Is the collection Banker is authorised to reject the chqs without sending for collection, if yes why the chqs were pending till 04/05/2012.As per the NIA act 1949 the collecting banker is not authorised to reject the chqs without sending for the collection on these grounds.
3.Pl send me the memo issued by my banker ie Syndicate bank Meerut City which I am requesting regularly.
4.When the chqs were not send for collection why the penalty is collected through LIC agend Dr Ram Mehar Sharma.
5.Is the behaviour of Br Manager is acceptable and giving wrong information over phone that chqs are not available neither in LIC nor in Bank and asking to deposit the premium through Draft only.
I hope I have written my feelings and if I do not receive proper reply it will force me to go to consumer court.
