Sir, my father is Still alive and transferred all rights & ownership of his absolute Self acquired property House to me; Nagaraga KN and my youngest Brother Ananth Kumar KN. While started upstairs came to
our knowledge some mistake in measurement. So immediately we both corrected mistakes through Rectification Deed and Continued construction work. In this property another Brother Ramakrishna do not have any Rights or owner ship. Even though in our absence at night break opened Anantha Kumar's House stolen valuables things and illegally occupied Mr.Anatha Kumar's House and started to Abusing, Harassing and disturbing to our construction work. By miss using Maagadi Road Police and BBMP staff. by creating several Stories complained on me and my family members Recently on 13/01/2018 while construction work going on, they crossed divider wall and enter in my premises to stop our construction work when I questioned, Ramakrishna's Wife herself removed her Sarry to harass me that I had removed her Sarry. Luckily all these were Recorded in our CCTV. Even though Police took me police station I produced all CCTV footage's to them. Even on my daughter also feck complaint was lodged.
So kindly take legal actions on them. And give instruction to Maagadi road police to do their duties Honesty without supporting them. Several time we too went to police station to lodge police complaints against Ramakrishna and Family. But, they refused to take my complaints and also supporting to RamaKrishna and Family. Regarding i had already complained to commissioner of Police for this Maagadi Road police became angry on us and indirectly trying creating problems in police station, even while taking my written statements they only writing statements as they wished to put us in trouble and later on to take action on me.
Ramakrishna had criminal back grounds that added position in to our drinking water tank. Killed Worker Mr.Narasimh in garden house at Native place ; kanakur Village, Mayasandra Hobli,Turuvekete Taluk.Tumkur District. Police also came for enquiry, but using mony and influence By closed the cases. Taking all this advantage. In front of police only Ramakrishna and family continued illegally activities and threatenings me,my family members and construction Workers that will kill us. Even in front of police. they have police support so they will take our life. So Due to this Harassment workers are scarred and refusing to come for construction work. So I am requesting to take action without neglecting my Request and complaints. Maagadi Road police Refused to take my written complaint even after calling 100. so this on line complaint I am here with lodging on Ramakrishna and family.
