As i am holding the bheema kiran policy as per policy norms

Policy details as follows

Term:20 Yeras

its qutrly 1631 paid we had paid full of 20 years

we had received the bonus firtst 5 th year 20000,10th year 15000,15th year 15000

and we had taken loan from this policy 107250 rupees on last august 2012

and we didnt received the another bonus amount and as we not getting the full amount as the policy term is closed


please solve the my problem as iam stuck in this
