Dear sir, we are resident of 7- d brs nagar (new thukral elec) of your community of your current jurisdiction.. we would like to appeal from your honourable office to please check or current situation here. There's a week long current block out that is happening on our community. We cant 't really determine the root cause of this incident
We are appealing to you as our community commissioner to please solve this problem..because it barely affect our daily routine and livelihood..
