I purchased a Koryo LCD TV from Big Bazaar Model Number KLD320SP01 with 3 year warranty. on 02/02/2013 the TV stopped working. I called customer care on 3/02/2013 and lodged a complain the complain number given to me is 440942 the First thing i was told that My TV is not under warranty. Even on my LCD TV Packaging and Manual Its clearly written that the TV is under warranty for 3 years from purchase date. The technician visited my premise on 08/02/2013. He examined the TV and find that he needs to order some parts inorder to repair the LCD TV. i was told that it will take around 10 days to get the parts from banglore location. He also took copy of my reciept and manual page stating the 3 year warranty terms of the lCD to forward to concerned department. I keep on chasing with customer care today on 18/02/2013 I was told from the customer care executive that parts are not available and its not possible for us to cater your complain. For me its a shocking news as this LCD TV is still under warranty. I was told to wait further for 5 days when i told them to move to consumer forum I am tired of calling Koryo customer care and get the same lame response. I want my complain to be resolved as soon as possible please help
