0********85. This complaint is against lawyer Somendra Saxena for his unethical conduct.
I wanted to file appeal in State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Bhopal (M.P), on behalf of my son Prabhanshu. soon after receipt of order of District Forum, Indore (M.P). For this, I contacted a local lawyer in Indore. My appeal papers were prepared and sent to lawyer Somendra Saxena, Bhopal, for timely filing of appeal.
Lawyer Somendra Saxena caused deliberate delay in filing appeal. Even after filing, he did not attend hearing. Hearing date was 25/03/2013. He did not go to court on this date of hearing. If he was unable to go to court on this date, he should have intimated me. But he did not. I myself would have gone on this date of hearing. I have never seen such a negligent lawyer. Since none was
present, appeal was dismissed for want of prosecution. Now, I am suffering because of no fault of mine.
When I used to contact on his mobile number, lawyer did not pick up call deliberately. It is highly surprising that how these kind of persons are there in legal profession?
There should be some Ombudsman in legal field also to control unethical conduct and negligence of lawyer Somendra Saxena.
So beware of lawyer Somendra Saxena, Shahpura, Bhopal (M.P). Never hire services of this negligent lawyer
Somendra Saxena. He should be banned from practicising anywhere in India for his unethical conduct.

Advocate ko bevkuf samjhte ho. case ke prati Ghor laparwah ho. advocate se ek bar bhi mulakat nahi kee.
13-02-2014 ko aapka case laga tha, na aap court me gaye na aapka vakil, ab batao ye kiskee laparwahi hai.
Jhuti shikat likhte ho. sahi bat nahi batate, aapke indore ka vakil ne bhopal me l.k.dubey advocate ko paper bheje the aur unko hee aapka vakil niyukt kiya tha. somendra keval l.k.dubey ke nivedan per aapke prakarn me upasthit hua tha, unkee aap ke prakaran me koi jimmedari nahi hai.
jab aap somendra ke office me kabhi gaye hee nahi, aapne somendra se kabhi mulakat hee nahi kee, aap to somendra ko pahchante hee nahi , aapne unko koi fees hee nahi dee, to aap ko shikayat karne ka Kaya adhikar hai.
