My name is Imran and I am from Bikaner, Rajasthan. I purchased a Lava mobile phone model no. B5Q, in the month of September 2010, after near about 10 days I found that the earphone is not working correctly, it show plug in and plug out contineously, when I plug in the earphone pin. I visited my nearest Service center of lava mobile in Bikaner (Rajasthan) that is Safal Computers (Shree Computer K.E.M. Road), they checked my phone and told me that the pin of earphone is not correct, we will replace it through the company, And I leave my earphone there, Now When I contact to the service center, they told me that the company is not replacing the earphone, they refuse to do this. So, here I am complainig about this matter, that my phone is still in warranty period and there is something wrong in the earphone, but the company is refusing to replace it or change it.
